Preperation for my magazine and film poster

For prepare for my, film poster and magazine front cover i had to start thinking about what i wanted my actors to wear, what i wanted them to look like and how i was going to put them across on both of my projects. I had to contact my models/actors and get there permisson to do a photo shoot with them to get the images i needed for both my poster and magazine. I text the people who were doing my trailer and asked there permisson to use them in a photo shoot. Underneath is the proof of this from the main two actors i wanted to use.

After messaging my characters asking them if they were ok to model for my photo shoot I then rang them and started talking about clothing choices and arranging times and when they were available.  We discussed clothing choices and agreed that we wanted our photos to look old fashioned, a little bit like the style of the notebook. I had a look through my wardrobe and came up with some outfits, which I had in mind for my models to wear during the shoot. I started looking at clothing from the Film the notebook, underneath is some images from the notebook so you can see the style of clothing i wanted or my trailer.

I then had to email Colin from the University to book studio time for my photoshop. I included my Teacher chris into my email so he could see what was happening. I wanted to use the studio as i wanted my photos to look as professional as possiable . Below are all the emailed with Colin confirming my time and dates to do the photos for my shoot.
Including chris in my email, aswell as colin.

My Email to Colin.

My film poster

Starting to think about my film poster i looked back on my flat plans. I wanted my poster to have to main images on with the title going across the middle. For the top image i wanted the two main charcters, in this case 'billy' and 'annie' in a very loving postion like the ones from the notebook below.
