Photoshoot

For my film magazine and film poster i had organised a photo shoot in the studio in the media centre and sunderland university. When we arrived we got time to get changed and do hair and makeup. I dressed her in old fashioned style clothes, and done her hair and makeup along the same style. I picked two images from the ones i shot and chose two final ones which i edited for the front of my magazine. I done the same with my film poster but my photoshoots were at seperate times for each one.

My Magazine Photoshoot

My edited final image.

I chose to use this image for my film magazine as it is the most suitable image. The model looks straight into the camera engaging the audiences attention. Also the image is a medium shot meaning you can see the clothing and the characters positioning gives her a good shape. I like in this image how you can see the matching jewellery which shows the audience a lot about the film such as the style and time set of the film. i also find that this image was the most professional out of all the images for the front cover of a magazine as its neat and simple yet very effective.

My Film Poster Photoshoot

My Final edited  image.

I chose to use this image as it was most suitable for a film poster and looked the most like my inspirational texts. I love the way they are looking into each others eyes and look madly in-love with each other which was the aim for my photos when taking the images. i also like the clothing on the grey  back ground which will allow other factors of my film poster to stand out. Things such as film title and credits etc. The image also looks very professional and effective but very simple just like my magazine image. I chose this one from the other images as it is the image where they look the most in-love and also the one where they look the happiest.
